Return & Exchange Policy
Daffo Mode strives to provide you with an outstanding product and offers
you expedient service at times where footwear is below our usual high standards. Please
inspect all footwear upon arrival for any manufacturer defects. All returned footwear must
be in original factory condition and packed the way it was shipped to you. Footwear that
is worn or otherwise scuffed is ineligible for replacement or credit. Please email us for any questions that you may have.
Within Fifteen Days
Daffo Mode will gladly exchange or issue a refund on any item that is
returned to us within fifteen days of the item being shipped. Please include a copy of the
order to expedite the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We charge a 30%
restocking fee.
Longer than Fifteen Days
For your convenience and for the sake of expediency, have the boot
repaired, if possible, by your local shoe repair service and have them bill us directly.
If there is no shoe repair service available, your Daffo Mode Sales Representative is
happy to take them for repair.
For non-repairable imperfections, please contact our office for a Return
Authorization Number and send the boot to us by parcel post. Because the post office is
responsible for those items during shipping, we recommend shipping insurance. After
assessment, we either credit your account, or send you a replacement boot with your next
order, as you prefer.
